We're partnering with a high-growth technology company that’s using AI and automation to reinvent an overlooked industry with incredible tail winds — making it smarter, more human, and globally scalable. Backed by tier-one VCs, they’re continuing an incredible growth path and are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Corporate Development Manager to help scale via smart, strategic acquisitions.

The Business:

• Australian-founded, global revenue base (majority US)
• Operating in 7+ countries across the Americas, ANZ, and the Middle East
• Series C raised, valuation >$350m, scaling with strong unit economics
• Looks, acts and feels like a tech company — not traditional financial services
• 2nd largest investment of Australia's premier Venture Capital fund

The Role:

• Report directly to the CFO (ex-IB/PE) and be a foundational hire in the corp dev function
• Focus is 80–90% execution: financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, deal modelling, board material, dealing with advisers
• Working with regional leads to map, source and assess M&A targets
• Transaction volume: ~2 deals/year, EV range: $2–20m (growing to $50m)
• Global exposure with flexibility to work from home (2 days/week in CBD co-working hub optional)
• Equity upside via in-the-money stock options
