Our client is a fully integrated investment manager, developer and operator of institutionally owned affordable housing.

This investment manager has significant, and growing support from its investor base and requires an Analyst to join their investments team to assist with the origination and execution of new affordable housing projects and driving the ongoing growth of the portfolio.

Working within the investment team, the responsibilities will be as follows:

• Playing a key role as a member of the team on the origination, structuring and execution of suitable transactions.
• Supporting a transaction or specific workstream for the execution of transactions and prepare deliverables associated with that workstream including financial modelling and due diligence.
• Working with development and operating partners to transition projects from financial close into delivery and ultimately stable operations.
• Supporting capital raising activities.
• Contributing to and building relationships with key partners (client, capital or contractors) that deliver success and opportunities.
  

We are looking for an Analyst that has a minimum of 2 years of experience within investment banking, infrastructure or property development, real estate or infrastructure investment, or 3-5 years' experience in a technical environment, e.g. engineering consultancy (with feasibility focused work for infrastructure ideally with exposure to debt/equity optimisation).
