The style of the fund manager focuses on investing in companies that show quality characteristics on a long-only basis and hold those investments for the long term. The culture of the fund is focused on achieving the best risk/adjusted returns for clients in a supportive and social environment. The Investment team is looking to hire an analyst to cover global quality consumer brands.

Working closely with the sector leads and Portfolio Managers the roles responsibilities will be as follows:

• Maintaining stock coverage of circa 8-10 companies within your sector specialisation.
• Building a robust investment thesis based on deep sector and company level research.
• Developing a conviction view for discussion with team members and the Portfolio Managers.
• Meeting company management, market competitors and other sector participants to form a robust understanding of the company and industry dynamics.
• Supporting colleagues with developing their investment views, and data collation for any fund marketing activities.

We are considering candidates with approximately 3-5 years post graduate experience focused on buy/sell side equities. We are looking for a demonstrable interest in listed markets, an ability to develop a conviction view based on fundamental research.
