Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic capital raising initiatives to secure funding from high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and other financial entities.
• Identify and pursue new investment opportunities to expand the firm’s capital base.
• Lead negotiations and structuring of financing deals to optimize capital acquisition.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
• Prepare and present detailed investment reports, performance updates, and strategic plans to investors.
• Organise and oversee investor meetings, conferences, and other engagement activities to strengthen relationships and trust.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital management, investment banking, private equity, or a related financial sector.
