The Manager Operational Risk is responsible for building a strong Risk Culture in Claims & Assessing and will assist the Claims & Assessing leadership team in the delivery of the risk management strategy.

Position Accountabilities:

• Maintaining strong engagement across all levels of the leadership team from frontline leader to the executive team.
• Drive improved execution and risk management across business function
• Establish clear timelines and milestones for remediation projects, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
• Implement exception reporting processes to identify and address issues that could potentially result in customer detriment

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong  Operational Risk experience
• Experience working in Financial Services, ideally General Insurance
• Proven leadership experience
