Primary Objective: The Analyst will contribute to growth by identifying and executing development site opportunities. This role involves analysing financial transactions, conducting due diligence, and preparing financial models and projections to provide recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for investment and development opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor assessments.
• Support due diligence processes for potential M&A.
• Prepare and present Institutional Investment Committee documents.
• Assist in asset management and development matters, including internal valuations and budgeting.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance/Commerce or a related field (minimum degree level).
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, renewables development investing, project finance, deals modelling or other modelling divisions with a focus on infrastructure/renewables or real estate development.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and strategic analysis.
• The candidate should have had exposure to infrastructure, renewables, energy, waste, real estate or asset heavy sectors (eg mining).
