Our client is currently seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their collaborative team, reporting to report to the CEO and COO. The role will sit just below the C-Suite with potential for growth as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive operations manuals and process guides.
• Manage and streamline operational procedures to support the growth of the business.
• Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure follow-ups.
• Oversee the team in the CEO’s absence, potentially other team members long-term as the company grows and institutionalises processes.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to oversee marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency and relevance.
• Ownership and ongoing management of all marketing collateral and digital material & content, including relationships with an external marketing partner.
• Assist with investor relations, distribution and fundraising activities, including the structuring of new products should the business diversify its offering.
• Assist with reporting as required.
• Support the Head of Compliance for related matters.

Key Qualifications/Characteristics
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with circa 6-15+ years’ experience and an operations background within financial services/funds or financial services specific consultancies. We may consider a commercial fund accountant.

• Able to handle "grunt" work as the role is hands-on, especially in the initial stages.
• Skilled in task management and operational efficiency.
• Capable of leading and managing a small, nimble team.
• Open to evolving roles and responsibilities as the company grows.
