We’re partnering with an infrastructure fund who specialise in greenfield infrastructure and construction for social projects across Australia. Our client has a track record of delivering complex, multi-billion-dollar social and civil infrastructure projects. They are expanding their footprint and pipeline rapidly.

The Business:

• Investor and developer in the social infrastructure space.
• Active across sectors including education, health, transport, justice, and social/affordable housing, aged care.
• Nimble business model to move further into other greenfield infrastructure including renewables.

The Role:

• Lead deal execution and project development. Engage across the full lifecycle — from origination through execution to asset management.
• Oversight and assistance in developing, maintaining and understanding of complex financial models reflecting project cashflows, financing, tax and accounting assumptions.
• Hands-on involvement in financial modelling, bid strategy, investor engagement, and commercial negotiations.
• Preparing and coordinating proposals, due diligence materials and presentations.
• Supporting the negotiation of term sheets, pricing and engagements with subcontractors, financiers, investors and consultants.
• Coordinating and negotiating various workstreams across the design, construction, asset management, financing, tax, insurance and legal aspects of greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Work directly with senior leadership and mentor junior team members in a high-ownership environment.

Who it Suits:

• 4-9 years’ experience in infrastructure development, project finance, IB (greenfield), greenfield financial advisory, renewables development (investment/deal function) or a similar infrastructure fund.
• An ability to build project finance models (this role will oversee financial modelling but must understand and amend the inputs).
